By using our platform or apps, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You also confirm you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

3. Use of Platform and Apps

a. License: You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Smartact services for personal or business purposes.

To reinforce our privacy commitments, Smartact AI Platform and the GeoCheck App implement native AI-powered face blur technology. This technology is designed to automatically detect and blur human faces in photos and videos captured via our systems.

However, due to limitations in environmental conditions (such as low lighting, angles, or image quality) and evolving AI detection models, we cannot guarantee that all faces will always be successfully detected and blurred.

We make our best efforts to ensure:

• Automated facial detection and blurring by default.

• Ongoing improvements via regular model updates and retraining.

• Secure handling of all visual data in encrypted environments.

• Optional manual review and anonymization by authorized personnel when requested by clients.

By using our platform or uploading content through GeoCheck, you acknowledge and accept that some faces may not be automatically anonymized, despite reasonable technical measures in place. We recommend avoiding unnecessary personal data collection and taking additional privacy precautions when required by law, policy, or internal compliance needs.

7. Disclaimer – Smartact.ai and GeoCheck

• Smartact.ai generates AI responses and may occasionally provide incorrect or outdated information.

• It is not a substitute for professional advice or human validation.

• GeoCheck captures images, videos, and geolocation metadata via users’ devices for campaign validation and audit purposes. Users are responsible for securing all necessary consents.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or perfect data accuracy due to real-world and technical limitations.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

All services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any specific outcome.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business interruption.
